With up to 37 ft (11.3 m ) of snow, 145 named runs, and 5 legendary bowls, Fernie Alpine Resort (FAR) is a skiing and snowboarding paradise. FAR boasts a wow-factor 2,500+ acres of varied skiable terrain, that includes smooth groomed runs, epic back country territory, and a multi skill level rail park. The runs range from easy greens to challenging blacks, with an adrenaline fueled vertical drop of 3,550 ft (1,082 m).
